Pilot

A retrospective audit of 50 to 100 de-identified RPM or RTM records from one export. No integration, no agreement to begin, and one decision per record with the rule and the source behind it.

  • Fixed fee, agreed before you send anything
  • One CSV export, no EHR integration
  • De-identified records, so no patient data

Two ways in

The pilot is the audit. Monthly review is what it earns.

  • STEP 1

    Retrospective sample audit

    $500–2,500fixed fee

50 to 100 de-identified records from one export. The whole pilot runs on this.

    • One decision per record: ready, repair, hold or expert review
    • The rule, the source and the evidence behind every decision
    • A repair queue sorted by dollars at risk
    • A readout call and a written limits list
    Start the pilot
  • STEP 2

    Monthly managed review

    Per recordmonthly minimum

What the pilot becomes when the numbers move. Every record, every month, before claims go out.

    • A business associate agreement before any patient data
    • Generalist reviewers own routine cases; experts take the rest
    • Repair tasks assigned before submission, not after denial
    • An audit packet per patient, ready for any payer request

Pilot launch map

Six steps from intake to a decision.

Nothing installs. Nothing integrates. The audit runs on one export and ends with numbers you can act on.

  1. 01Today

    Send the intake

One minute. No patient data. We reply within one business day with kickoff slots.

  2. 02Kickoff · 20 min

    Agree the scope

Which programs, which practices, which quarter. We confirm the fixed fee and send the field list for your export.

  3. 03Your pace

    Send one export

50 to 100 records as a CSV from your billing system, EHR or platform. De-identified, so no agreement is needed to begin.

  4. 045 business days

    We audit every record

Each record runs against the current rule set. Generalist reviewers own routine cases; a specialist signs the hard ones.

  5. 05Readout · 45 min

    Walk the findings

Portfolio summary, repair queue, audit packets and process metrics, with the rule and source behind each decision.

  6. 06You decide

    Expand or stop

If the numbers move, we set up monthly review under a BAA. If they do not, the audit stands alone and you owe nothing more.

Rollout support

Included, so the pilot does not stall on your side.

Most pilots die waiting for an export. Ours starts with the field list, so your first export is the right one.

Included in the fixed fee

  • Field list for your export, matched to your billing system
  • De-identification checklist, so the sample carries no patient data
  • Kickoff and readout calls with the person who ran the audit
  • Repair guidance per case, written for the person who fixes it
  • A limits list: payers, inputs and interpretations we did not cover

Optional, after the readout

  • Business associate agreement and monthly review
  • Practice-level readouts for the practices you bill
  • A daily pre-submission check inside your billing workflow

Reviewer note. The sample is de-identified by you, with our checklist. If a record arrives with patient data in it, we delete the file and ask for a clean export.

What we measure in the pilot

Four numbers decide whether this continues.

  • Ready rate

Records the audit passes as billed. The share your reviewers can stop re-checking.

  • Dollars at defects

Billed amount on the audit's repair and hold decisions. What the sample says is at risk.

  • Expert-review share

Records the audit sent to a specialist. Lower means routine cases stay routine.

  • Minutes per record

Median reviewer time from the audit's worksheet, operator and expert. What a monthly review would cost you in people.

If the numbers do not move, you do not expand. The audit stands on its own.
