Terms of service · Effective 29 October 2026

What ClaimVet does, and what it does not.

These terms cover this website and the ClaimVet service. An order or quote between your company and us adds the fees and the scope; where the two differ, the order wins.

The service

ClaimVet checks Medicare remote patient monitoring and remote therapeutic monitoring records against published billing rules before claims are submitted. For each record it returns one decision, with the rule, the source and the evidence behind it, and a certified coder reviews the cases the rules cannot decide.

  • We never submit claims.
  • We do not guarantee that a claim will be paid, or that a payer or an auditor will agree with a decision.
  • A decision is information for the billing provider. The billing provider stays responsible for every claim it submits.
  • Proposed rules, such as the CY2027 proposed rule, are shown as a what-if and are never applied as final.
  • Nothing on this site or in the service is legal, medical or financial advice.

Your data

Your company owns the files it uploads and everything the service produces from them. You confirm that you may share those files with us, and that a business associate agreement is in place before any file with protected health information is uploaded. Until then, upload de-identified or synthetic records only.

We use your data only to provide the service, to keep it secure and to meet the law. See the privacy policy and data promises.

Accounts and use

Keep your sign-in email secure and tell us at once if you think someone else used your account. Use the service only for your own billing work, and do not try to break into it, overload it, or copy its rule library for resale.

Fees are set in your order. Either side may end the agreement with 30 days' written notice; on ending, we delete your workspace data on request.

Limits of liability

The service is provided as described in the order. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss, including lost revenue, recoupments, penalties or audit costs, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees your company paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
