What we collect, and what we do not.

This site sets no cookie and loads no analytics or advertising script. The only record of a visit is the web server's access log: the time, the page, the request, your network address and your browser's name. We use it to keep the site running and to find faults. We do not export it or join it to anything else.

Because we do not track visitors, we have nothing to switch off when a browser sends a Do Not Track signal. Every visitor is treated the same.

The "Try the checker" and "Put your numbers in" tools run in your browser. Nothing you type there is sent to us.

When your company uses the ClaimVet app, we collect:

• Account data: your name, work email, role and workspace. Sign-in uses a link sent to your email; there is no password.
• The files your workspace uploads for an audit: patient rosters, device readings, staff time logs, consent records and notes, and claim exports. These can contain protected health information and are covered by the business associate agreement between your company and us.
• What the service produces from those files: decisions, repair tasks, expert reviews and audit packets.
• An access log: every view, export and decision on patient data, with who did it and when. Workspace admins can read it.

The app sets one session cookie so you stay signed in. It runs no analytics or advertising script.

We share data only with the providers that run the service for us: a hosting provider that runs the app and stores files in its Singapore region, and an email delivery service that sends sign-in links and notices.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We disclose data to a third party only when the law requires it.

Write to hello@claimvet.com to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer within 30 days. A workspace admin can remove team members and ask us to delete the workspace and everything in it.

The service is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.

When this policy changes we post the new version here with a new effective date, and we email workspace admins when the change affects the app.
